We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled no less than 24 hours in advance.
Our doctors want to be available for your needs and the needs of all our patients. When a patient does NOT show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be seen.
A fee of $75.00 will apply for Stress Echocardiograms, Resting Echocardiogram and Wireless Holter monitor (Rooti) appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours or if you do NOT attend your appointment.
A fee of $25 will apply for Cardiologist Appointments and will need to be paid before we can rebook appointments.
These cancellation fees are NOT claimable with Medicare or Health funds.
